Terms of Service

By using NighTev you agree to these terms. NighTev is a ticketing marketplace: event organizers are responsible for their events; NighTev facilitates discovery, booking and payment.

Bookings

A booking is confirmed once payment succeeds. Tickets are personal, non-transferable QR codes. Resale above face value is prohibited.

Entry

Venue door policies apply, including age limits and dress codes. An organizer may refuse entry per their posted rules; refunds in such cases follow the event's refund policy.

Accounts

You are responsible for your account credentials and for the accuracy of the details you provide at checkout.
