How do I get my tickets?

After payment is confirmed, your e-tickets appear instantly in My Tickets, each with a unique QR code. Show it at the door — no printing needed.

How long is my booking held?

Your selected tickets are reserved for 10 minutes while you complete payment. After that the hold expires and the tickets return to sale.

Which payment methods are accepted?

We support Whish Money, PayPal and USDT (crypto). Available methods are shown at checkout per event.

Can I get a refund?

Refunds follow each event's policy — see our Refund Policy page. Cancelled events are always refunded in full.

Are there age limits?

Each event lists its minimum age. Door staff verify ID, so bring a valid one.
